Job Title : Accounts Payable Clerk

Location : York, ME 03909

Duration : 13 Weeks

Education : High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred

Shift Details : Weekdays, M - F either 4 - 9-hour shifts or 5 - 8-hour shifts, flexible.

Job Description:

2+ years in accounting, finance, or clerical roles
Accounts Payable person to help us manages the company's outgoing cash flow by processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments.
Invoices to purchase orders, ensuring timely payments via checks/ACH, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records for month-end closing.
Review, code, and verify the accuracy of vendor invoices, ensuring proper authorization
Ensure transactions follow company policies and regulatory standards
