You are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. You enjoy structured work, can manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy, and take pride in following established processes. You're comfortable working independently, asking questions when needed, and supporting a team to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
As our Temporary Accounts Payable Support Specialist, you'll help keep day-to-day AP operations running smoothly by supporting invoice processing and document management activities.
Your day-to-day will include:
Reviewing and verifying supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
Processing and entering invoices in accordance with established procedures
Scanning and organizing incoming mail and AP documentation
Assisting with invoice-related inquiries and general AP support tasks
Maintaining accurate records and helping ensure timely invoice processing
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in accounts payable, data entry, administrative support, or a similar office environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
SAP experience is a plus, but not required
