Join a respected manufacturer serving agricultural and commercial industries as an Accounts Receivable Associate in Eugene and make an impact every day.As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you'll process customer payments, maintain accurate customer accounts, and support reliable daily accounting operations. You'll work closely with the accounting team to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll DoAs an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing customer payments and applying receipts to accounts accurately*
  • Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining current account records*
  • Reviewing outstanding balances and following up on past-due invoices*
  • Communicating with customers regarding payment status and account inquiries*
  • Reconciling account discrepancies and researching billing issues
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience (preferred)*
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills*
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers and financial records*
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
