Job Description
We are currently hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking
- Handle returns and collections in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate financial records and customer account information
- Assist with accounts payable duties as needed (if experienced)
- Support general accounting and office functions
Qualifications:
- Experience with returns and collections is required
- Accounts payable experience is a plus and may be utilized in this role
- Proficient with computers; QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
