- Lead the E-Billing/Accounts Receivable Team*
- Interpret data/reports and assess trends*
- Identify areas in need of improved efficiency; make recommendations for such*
- Spearhead special projects within the E-Billing process*
- Provide excellent customer service & client contact*
- Maintain firm billing guideline standards*
- Demonstrate the ability to learn the E-Billing process prior to assuming supervisory responsibilities

- 2+ years' experience successfully supervising/managing a team*
- 3+ years of billing and accounting experience*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills*
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail*
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines*
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills*
- Ability to function well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment*
- BS/BA degree in Accounting and E-billing experience preferred*
- Clean personal credit
