Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space.We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Customer Service/ Lease Administrator to handle resident accounts from Lease Inception to Lease Termination. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of Excel, the ability to multi-task, and excellent organization. Strong written and oral communication skills. - Lease Administration- Handling tenant accounts from lease inception to lease termination
- Maintaining, auditing, and updating resident accounts
- Following the financial transactions of the lease (collections, rent, renewals, etc.)
- Direct interaction/correspondence with Property Managers in reference to move-ins, move-outs, tenant complaints, and security deposit returns.
- Communication with various levels of management and residents
- Customer Service
- Data analysis
- Special projects as requested by Management
- Previous experience in accounts receivables, payables and/or bookkeeping
- Process-oriented individual with strong organization skills
- Customer service skills
- Prior experience in a high volume firm
- Strong written oral and communication skills
