đĄ What Youâll Do
Youâll own and elevate the Accounts Receivable function, including:
- Managing invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation
- Monitoring aging reportsÂ
- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies
- Tracking and reconciling repair orders and customer accounts
- Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Coordinating customer credit applications from start to finish
- Partnering with sales and finance to keep everything aligned
đ What You Bring
- 7â10 years of accounting or AR experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial processes
- Proven ability to manage collections and resolve discrepancies
- Experience with accounting systems + Microsoft Office
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting or Finance
