Accounts Receivable Specialist
Waconia Area (Onsite) | Temporary (estimated 3 months) | $27-$33/hr
We're partnering with a growing Minnesota company to find an Accounts Receivable Specialist who can jump in quickly and support a busy accounting team. This is a hands-on role with a mix of cash applications, billing, customer communication, and account support.

What You'll Do
- Apply customer payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions
- Process billing, recurring invoices, and customer account updates
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and past-due balances
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, remittance details, and account questions
- Support collections efforts through email and occasional outbound calls
