Job Description
End Goal
- Purchase at least 12 vehicles per month for inventory resale.
- Appraise 40% off all in-service vehicles.
- Train and implement learned skills.
- Maintain a 3-month average of 36 vehicles purchased.
Responsibility
- Maintain daily quota and tracking
- Work with the Used Car Director to make purchases
- Appraise as many vehicles as possible daily
- Coordinate with Service Writers to ensure we are getting all the opportunities on open RO’s
Systems Needed
- Equity Mining Software
- Appraisal Tool
- KPI Tracking Dashboard (KBB or our CRM)
- Desk with Laptop and phone
Associate Traits
- Comfortable with sales and service dynamics
- Friendly and approachable, not a hard closer
- Knowledgeable about used cars and their values
- Good coordination with service advisors to avoid disruption with service work
Compensation
- Base Pay + per-car bonus (150-250 per vehicle acquired)
- Tiered bonus for volume levels (13+vehicles=extra $750)
