Dalco Home Remodeling is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced Independent Contractor Acrylic Bath Installer to partner with us on bathroom remodeling projects. If you have a strong background in bath installations and take pride in delivering top-quality craftsmanship, we’d like to connect with you.

Position Overview

As a 1099 Acrylic Bath Installer, you will complete scheduled installation projects using your own tools and equipment while adhering to our installation standards and customer satisfaction expectations. You will operate as an independent contractor and be responsible for managing your own business operations, insurance, and licensing (as required).

Responsibilities

Complete acrylic bath remodels, often in as little as one day
Perform carpentry, trim work, and light construction as needed
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in customers' homes
Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites
Educate customers on product care and maintenance
Submit required paperwork and job photos upon completion
Transport, maintain, and supply your own tools and equipment

Qualifications

2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home renovation experience
Strong measurement and layout skills
Valid driver’s license
Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
Proficiency with power tools
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Must carry applicable business licensing and liability insurance (as required by state/local regulations)
