Experienced Acrylic Bath Installer – Join Our Team!
Location: Appleton & Milwaukee, WI (and surrounding areas)
Position Type: Full-Time
Are you an experienced bathroom installer with a background in home remodeling? We’re looking for skilled and dependable professionals to join our growing team and help transform homes with high-quality acrylic bath solutions.
We specialize in stylish, cost-effective, and low-maintenance bath remodeling systems, including accessibility upgrades. Our company is built on superior craftsmanship, efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
As an Experienced Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of our products while ensuring complete customer satisfaction on every project. This is a full-time position for installers who take pride in their work and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Complete wet area remodels (often in one day) using carpentry and construction skills
- Follow company installation standards and procedures to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers
- Keep job sites clean and organized while respecting the customer’s home
- Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
- Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
- Maintain and stock installation vehicle with necessary tools and materials
Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home remodeling experience
- Experience as a bath or shower installer preferred
- Ability to take precise measurements (tape measure, level, combination square)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with power tools
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
