Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $42/hr for local candidates within 50 miles from facility (travel rate of $55/hr for those traveling outside of 50 miles)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct intake and assessment evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide therapy (individual, group, family) tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Assist clients with accessing community resources, benefits, and services
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions
• Participate in community outreach, education, and specialty interest groups, including family therapy, trauma-informed care, and more
• Support clients through crisis situations, including physical intervention when necessary
• Offer transportation assistance and participate in on-call rotations as needed
• Ensure a trauma-informed, safe, and supportive environment for clients and staff

What You NeedRequired:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program
• Iowa licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or relevant license)
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance; D-3 Chauffeur’s License if transporting clients
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile service radius
• Background checks and compliance with all safety protocols

Preferred:

• Experience in mental health settings involving clients with behavioral health needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
