Job Description

Summary:

Assists with a variety of resident focused activities that address spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Assist set up and tear down of group activities

● Assist conducting activities

● Encourage resident’s participation in group activities

● Visit regularly with clients who tend to be alone/not participate

● Assist clients to and from activities and to dining room for meals

● Provide respect, privacy, and dignity to all residents and does not enter apartments inappropriately

● Is able to work independently as well as a team member with a positive attitude

● Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
