What You'll Do: 
  • Lead and participate in engaging, hands-on activities, events, trips, and celebrations within the assisted living setting, encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents.
  • Create and distribute monthly calendars and newsletters; gather resident feedback through surveys; collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a well-rounded, meaningful daily program.
  • Personally facilitate activities and outings - including scheduling transportation, driving the community van or bus, and assisting residents directly during trips and events.
  • Engage with one-on-one residents daily, providing companionship, encouragement, and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging.
  • Support marketing efforts, build community relationships, and occasionally assist with tours and apartment rentals
What You'll Need: 
  • 1 year of assisted living experience preferred
