Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – On-Site, No Field Work!

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you’ll serve as the admitting and attending provider for adolescent and adult patients in a state-of-the-art, structured facility.

Your Role & Impact

🔹 Serve as the admitting and attending provider for adolescents and adults in psychiatric crisis🔹 Complete psychiatric assessments, risk evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans🔹 Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications using evidence-based practices🔹 Collaborate with patients’ families, guardians, and social services for holistic care🔹 Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination and safe discharge planning🔹Lead the development and implementation of individualized mental health treatment plans🔹 Order labs, review medical history, and conduct focused physicals as appropriate🔹 Support policy and program development to improve service delivery

What We’re Looking For

✔️ PMHNP-BC licensed in the state of Arizona✔️ Unrestricted DEA license✔️ 1+ years of experience in psychiatric or crisis mental health care, with youth and adults✔️ Strong working knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychiatric care standards✔️ Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team

✔️ Strong skills in clinical judgment, medication management, and crisis assessment✔️ Proficient in documentation and use of EMR systems✔️ Committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed psychiatric care
