Essential duties include the following:

• Assists with maintaining department records, file preparation, data entry, and generating reports.
• Processes required paperwork nearly, correctly, and in a timely manner.
• Builds awareness and gain exposure to the financial services industry while growing your talents.
• Learns key technical skills to apply acquired knowledge and assist in problem solving.
• Gain practical, hands-on experience that will provide an opportunity for growth. Work alongside and shadow team members while expanding your knowledge base with the ability to further develop your skills.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

• Currently be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or related program at an accredited university/college.
• Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.
• Detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills.
• Organized and adapt well to change.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done.
• Display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
