- Hours vary based on client assignments in your area; starting at 4–10 client hours per week and growing over time.
- You create your own availability and accept sessions that fit your schedule.

- Lead group classes and one-on-one adaptive fitness sessions.
- Encourage and motivate clients of all abilities.

- Track client progress and update the Special Strong database.
- Passionate about helping people with disabilities.
- Certified in personal training (preferred). We can guide you to the necessary training.
- Special Strong certification: We pay for this credential; need committed time of service for this sponsorship.
