Job Description
Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE) Teacher – K-12
We are seeking a dedicated Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE) Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) serving students in grades K–12. The district is open to candidates who hold a Physical Education teaching license and are willing to obtain DAPE certification.
Position Details:

Qualifications:
- Hold or qualify for a valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Physical Education teaching license (K–12)
- Completion of a state-approved PELSB DAPE preparation program or minor (typically 15–21 credits), or willingness to obtain DAPE certification
- Strong commitment to supporting students with diverse physical and educational needs
