Job Description
- 75%Teach assigned Supply Chain/Distribution courses in classroom, online and laboratory environments.- Provide instruction in a hybrid learning environment combining online coursework with hands-on laboratory training.- Demonstrate current technology utilized in warehouse management operations; apply the technology utilized in organizational effectiveness including time and money management and acquisition procession; and interpret information with relationship to inventory management; Forklift Operator certification.
- 10% Work collaboratively with faculty and staff in the Industrial Technology Department.- Follow faculty responsibilities outlined in the Faculty Handbook and College policies.
- 10% Assist with measuring and reporting student learning outcomes in support of career ready education standards and accreditation requirements.
- 5% Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean and/or Director.

- Participates in professional development and stays current in both the professional field and in current teaching/learning practices.
- Minimum two years of field experience in Warehouse Management, Physical Distribution Systems and/or Supply Chain Management. Experience in materials handling equipment, warehouse automation, RF scanning, conveyor/sortation systems, and inventory control technologies is preferred. Teaching or training experience is preferred but not required.
- Professional and collaborative attitude with students, faculty, and industry partners.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution center management, fulfillment, forklift operations, tools and training equipment; Must be able to climb in and out of Forklift as well as safely operate it.
- Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.
- Basic computer skills for instructional and administrative tasks.
