Job Title: Adjunct Teaching- School of Music- Musicology: 302, 601, 602 & 603

Position Start Date: September 1, 2026
Required Degree: PhD in Musicology required.
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience: College Level teaching experience required
Duties/Expectations:
- This position is only for fall semester 2026
- Firm commitment to the Mission and Aims of BYU
- Firm commitment to the Mission of the School of Music
- Excellent communication skills
- Mentoring students and consulting as needed
- Daytime teaching schedule including classes:
- Music 302 (Music of the Baroque), and one of the following:
- Music 601 (Medieval), Music 602 (Renaissance) or Music 603 (Baroque)
- Participate in meetings and other School of Music assignments as needed
