The Administrative Assistant will help with various tasks as assigned in a capacity to help the business move forward in an effective and efficient manner. Helping various departments complete daily and habitual tasks while creating a culture of appreciation and success will be the main focuses of this role
Responsibility Profile:
Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
Compile data, reports, and figures for review.
Ensure communication is routed to the appropriate parties.
Greet all visitors, employees, and other people with a polite and professional manner.
Conduct research as necessary on various company topics.
Attend meetings, conferences, and teams/zoom calls.
Set up conference rooms for meetings and conferences.
Help direct employees with concerns to the appropriate parties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
One (1) year work experience.
High School Diploma.
Hourly Rate Starts at $28.87 per hour
