Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrative Assistant to support the maintenance department with daily administrative tasks. This role focuses on organizing records, managing work orders, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- File and organize maintenance paperwork
- Create and track work orders
- Enter data in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain organized records and files
- Communicate with maintenance staff
- Assist with scheduling and reports
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong typing and data entry skills
