Job Description
Westaff is looking for an Admin Assistant / Operations Specialist in the North Kingstown, RI area for Immediate Start!
Location: North Kingstown, RI
Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Support daily plant operations through administrative and office tasks
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain records
- Coordinate meetings, answer phones, and greet visitors
- Enter data and generate reports
- Assist with onboarding and training record management
- Maintain inventory and documentation control processes
- Support HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments as needed
- Update site communications and assist with special projects
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of administrative, office, or operations support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
