Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Computer Support Specialist to work at a facility in Albany, NY. These are registry positions with our company.Pay Rate: $18 / hour*W2Shift details:

M-F 40 hrs per week, TBD

1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications:The candidate must have a minimum of:a. Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.b. Three (3) years of customer service experience2. Job Description and Required Services:Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Have a keen attention to detailNotes:*Telecommuting may be allowed at the discretion of the hiring manager.*The Department does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by mass transit.3.
