Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Computer Support Specialists to work at a facility in New York, NY. These are registry positions with our company.Pay Rate: $18 / hourShift details:

7 HRS/DAILY

Duties:

Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications
Assist with system maintenance and upgrades
Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions
Train users on software and technology tools
Monitor system performance and security
Coordinate with IT team for complex problems
Respond to technical emergencies or outages
Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Computer Support Specialists
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
