Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Data Entry and Word Processing to work at a facility in Romulus, NY. These are registry positions with our company.Pay Rate: $18 / hourShift details:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Job description: Position is a Support Services Assistant position that requires experience and skill in the following:Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms. Managing multiple tasks for a Vocational Rehabilitation CounselorDuties, include but are not limited to:*Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets)*Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)*Data entry*Updating/managing daily and weekly spreadsheets *Emailing, scanning and faxing duties* Follow up phone callsThe Support Services Assistant will be responsible for assisting a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the following duties: filing including sorting, locating, and returning files; locating information within a file; and data entry in various computer programs as directed by the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
