Administrative Assistant | West Haven, CT | Part Time 20-40hr,Pay: $18 to $20 per hour based on experience
Lingo Staffing is hiring a part time Administrative Assistant for a wellness clinic in West Haven, CT. This is a temp to hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a permanent full time role for the right candidate.
What You Will Be Doing
Answering phones and managing incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
Scheduling and confirming client appointments
Reaching out to clients for follow ups and reminders
Handling general administrative tasks to support daily clinic operations
Assisting staff as needed in a fast paced office environment
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience in a medical office, doctor's office, or behavioral health setting strongly preferred
Comfortable interacting with a diverse client population with patience and professionalism
Ability to de-escalate and remain calm under pressure
Strong communication skills, both phone and written
Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
