Administration, Collections & Marketing Team Member

About the Role: A & W Surveyors is looking for a marketing-minded, people-friendly team member to help get our name out there and keep great relationships with our clients. This role is mostly marketing and client communication, with some follow-up on invoices. If you’re organized, creative, and comfortable talking to people, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do: Marketing & Outreach: Help promote A & W Surveyors and our services. Keep our website, social media, and marketing materials up to date. Assist with proposals, emails, and client communications. Build and maintain client and developer contact lists. Support networking and outreach efforts. Client Support & Collections: Be a friendly point of contact for clients. Follow up on invoices and outstanding balances in a professional, respectful way. Answer basic billing questions and route complex issues to management. Keep accurate notes and records of client communications and payments. Work closely with office staff and surveyors to support ongoing projects. Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed. Look forward to meeting our next team member!
