Job Description
Established in 2002, Children's Therapy Services is locally owned, located in Overland Park, Kansas and now in Mission, Kansas. Children's Therapy Services has provided speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, developmental and behavioral therapy, sensory therapy, social skills instruction, early reading skills, dyslexia intervention, parent education, and Autism and ADHD evaluations to thousands of families in the Kansas City Metro.
Our mission is to maximize the potential of children by providing individualized, family-centered education and intervention services.
Children's Therapy Services is looking for a full time office Administrative and Marketing Assistant. Position will be based at Overland Park clinic but may travel to Mission clinic as needed.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting clinic directors with tasks needed to help clinics run efficiently
- Running social media accounts
- Helping with our front desk staff as needed - subbing in if one receptionist at either clinic is absent (answering calls/taking payment)
- Creating and delivering marketing materials to providers in the area, creating positive relationships with referral sources
- Attending community events to promote CTS
- Sending birthday cards to families
- Sending and receiving evaluations for our Autism/ADHD clinic
- Organization of clinics
- Helping therapists as needed with materials and clients
Qualifications include:
- Positive attitude and energy- ability to make adults and kids around you happy
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in social media usage
- Basic skills in marketing
- Intermediate computer skills
- Personable and able to communicate well with families and therapists
- Ability to drive
- Proven ability to learn new tasks and computer programs quickly
- Punctual and able to meet timelines
- Willingness to adapt and help as needed

This position is full time, in person, Monday- Thurs 8-5 and Friday 8-12 with opportunity to flex hours to night/weekend if community event occurs. This position would have a main location at our Overland Park office, but may go to our Mission office as needed.
Starting rate is $19 per hour with benefits available.
