Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant in Brewer, Maine and make an impact every day.As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and project organization. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to deliver results that make a difference.What You’ll Do As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Gather required information and assemble Operations & Maintenance manuals.
  • Contact subcontractors directly to request and collect necessary documentation.
  • Organize and place collected materials into project binders precisely as requested.
  • Track project progress rigorously by following a standardized checklist.
  • Document status updates and provide periodic reports to the supervisor regarding call statuses.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent professional communication skills for conducting phone calls and outreach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to track progress using checklists.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment and sit for extended periods.
