About the Role
We are hiring a part-time Administrative/Office Assistant in Woodinville to support our healthcare administration team. This role works 4 days per week (24 hours total) with a consistent schedule of either Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday.
This is a steady, structured position supporting both Nursing Administration and Human Resources in a growing healthcare company with over 100 employees. We're looking for someone who is eager to work, takes initiative, and is willing to step in wherever needed to support the team.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will support daily office operations and serve as a point of contact for staff and visitors. You'll answer phones, greet guests, and help direct communication throughout the office.
You will assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also help support HR and Nursing Administration with onboarding coordination, tracking employee documentation, and preparing materials for internal processes and compliance needs.
Additional responsibilities may include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, ordering office supplies, helping keep the office organized, and occasionally assisting with errands such as picking up supplies (mileage reimbursed). This also includes light office upkeep such as tidying shared spaces and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Strong communication skills are important, as you'll be interacting with employees and external contacts daily.
You should be comfortable using basic computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with scanning and document management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, supporting a team, and taking ownership of their work.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Prior administrative, office, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule & Pay
This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week across 4 days. The schedule will be either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, with 6-hour shifts each day.
Pay is $17 per hour.
