Job Description
The CareArc team is looking to add a detail-oriented, passionate and positive individual who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team and takes pride in their work to provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive and energetic team player who possesses a flexible personality suitable to take on new challenges as they arise and to switch gears immediately when necessary. This person must exercise independent judgment within established guidelines and policies, as well as the ability to take initiative, and perform a variety of tasks with patience, tact and discretion. To excel in this role, one should demonstrate exceptional organizational and communications skills, a proven system for keeping track of details, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities.
Assist CEO with internal and external communication by drafting and designing general correspondences, formal business correspondences, internal memos, and mass emails. This includes proof reading for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes as well as being responsible for the accuracy and clarity of the final copy.
Assist CEO with scheduling and preparation for meetings, travel, expense reports, written business communications, research, projects, and business reports.
Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings. Compile and distribute meeting materials. Attend meetings as requested in order to record and distribute minutes.
Responsible for corporate record keeping and maintenance of all Board of Directors records.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years experience in similar role desired. Experience in health care setting preferred.
