Role Summary

  • As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable administrative support that keeps daily office operations accurate, organized, and responsive to internal teams and customers.     
  • Key responsibilities include: 

- Checking in/out customers for appointments- Coordinating calendars, schedules, and appointments- Managing inbound/outbound correspondence (phone, email, mail)- Maintaining orderly files, records, and documentation- Drafting and formatting reports, presentations, and other materials- Supporting meeting and event coordination- Handling general office tasks, including supplies and equipment trackingRequired qualifications and skills:- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience/training- 1 year of administrative assistant experience- Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail- Clear written and verbal communication- Ability to work independently and collaborativelyIf you’re ready to contribute as an Administrative Assistant in a professional, service-focused environment, apply today.

A Typical Workday

Your day as an Administrative Assistant is structured and fast-moving: you start by reviewing priorities, checking messages, and confirming the day’s calendar. Checking in patients is priority. Throughout the day, you balance planned work with time-sensitive items, staying focused on accuracy, clear communication, and smooth handoffs so the office stays on track from open to close.
