- Ā Answer incoming calls and confidently guide customers through next stepsĀ
- Ā Gather accurate information quickly and route calls appropriatelyĀ
- Ā Maintain a calm, professional toneāeven with stressed or frustrated callersĀ
- Ā Assist with invoicing and maintain organized billing recordsĀ
- Ā Ensure information is accurate and up to dateĀ
- Ā Support the team in keeping financial documentation clean and completeĀ
- Ā Help manage calendars and coordinate appointmentsĀ
- Ā Keep schedules organized and proactively resolve conflictsĀ
- Ā Ensure nothing āfalls through the cracksāĀ
- Ā Collect and verify required documentation (W-9s, insurance, agreements)Ā
- Ā Maintain organized and complete vendor filesĀ
- Ā Follow up when documentation is missing or incompleteĀ
- Ā Support day-to-day office needsĀ
- Ā Communicate clearly with team members and customersĀ
- Ā Help maintain a high standard of organization and responsivenessĀ
- $18ā$22/hour (based on experience)
