Administrative Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This role involves handling paperwork, assisting with order processing, and providing general administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and process customer paperwork requests.
• Check in truck drivers and ensure proper documentation.
• Sort and assemble orders accurately.
• Deliver paperwork between the office and production floor.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2–3 years in an administrative role.
• Skills:
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic office software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or distribution (not required).

Additional Information

• Must be dependable and able to work up to 35-40 hours per week.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
