About The Role
The Model Home Administrative Assistant will assist the Designers, Manager, and Director of Model Homes. This individual will also participate in Department-wide projects and provide general support to the Department as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct emails, phone calls and other correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Manage budgets and expense reports
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Assist with various projects, including warehouse maintenance and special projects
- Assist with event planning and logistics
- Collaborate with other team members, particularly the coordinators, on various projects.
- Process departmental invoices
- Track inventory homes inventory and maintain data in system
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Requires at least 2+ years of relevant administrative assistant experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDR, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
