Administrative Assistant $1,000+ WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
- Experience with vendor credentialing, compliance documentation, and maintaining insurance certificates is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
- Ability to answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience managing office records, invoices, purchase orders, and administrative paperwork.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when working with customers, vendors, and field technicians.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
