Administrative Assistant $640 WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office support experience Required
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized filing systems for records and documents
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate with other departments to support office operations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
