If youre detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy working with numbers, projects, and problem-solving, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.What Youll Do
- Assist in preparing residential HVAC estimates, proposals, and project cost breakdowns
- Review project plans, specifications, and customer requirements
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track data, pricing, and job details
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and installation
- Support the estimating process from initial inquiry through project handoff
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy in all estimates
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Naturally detail-oriented and highly organized
- Quick learner with the ability to juggle multiple prioritie
- Background in design software, construction, or project coordination is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindse
- Interest in growing into a Residential Estimator role
