Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary: $50,000–$60,000 base, DOE plus bonuses!

DIRECT HIRE POSITION

Top priorities:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • High integrity and strong work ethic
  • Professional and dependable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Strong values and alignment with the organization’s mission, culture, and purpose.
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through

Compensation

  • $50,000–$60,000 base salary for candidates without financial services experience
  • Candidates with existing financial services experience/licensing may be considered above this range
  • Quarterly bonus: approximately $800–$1,000
  • Summer bonus: up to $2,000
  • Bonuses are in addition to base salary
