Job Description
As a Marketing and Advertising Assistant, you have the opportunity to create and execute multiple marketing events and campaigns that leave a lasting impression on the customer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and advertising channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Key analytics for various reports and projectsFormat image as requested; re-formats images and content as neededCommunicate with Marketing Manager regarding design and conceptualization of campaigns and print advertisingDevelop creative visual concepts for Marketing and Advertising; execute ideas that reflect and enhance the company imageCommunicate with merchandising personnel, management and/or vendors to ensure product availability and artwork delivery, and for approval of projects and artwork
Print Mailer Assistant
Key photoshoot orders and analytics for various reportsMaintain templates; edit as neededCommunicate with merchandising to obtain necessary informationCommunicate with external parties: vendor reps and print houseCompile examples of photography for mailer productionOrganize, pack, and send product for photoshootPull and share mail listCompose, copy and distribute memos, letters and mailing pieces to stores, customers and business partnersOccasional travel
