Administrative Assistant
A growing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service and collection appointments.
- Track and manage orders for products and service parts.
- Maintain and organize department reports and metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare reimbursement requests and payroll sheets for installers.
- Create, update, and organize job folders and installer packets.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, maintaining communication via phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and confident customer interaction
