At Dick Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding products and service to our clients. We’re looking for a motivated Administrative / Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help keep our office running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in sales while building your administrative skills.
What You’ll Do:
Support sales personnel with daily tasks and client follow-ups
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports
Maintain and update CRM and customer records
Assist with order processing and coordination between departments
Provide general administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable using CRM software
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
