Job Description
Administrative Assistant:
The Club at 12 Oaks is a Holly Springs, NC-based company that provides on-site and remote support to its employees. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily processing of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processes.
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments.
- Process accounts receivable payments.
- Assist with monthly statement reconciliation.
- Processing AP check runs.
- Data Entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or senior manager.
Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- 1 year of experience in accounting preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles preferred.
- Strong understanding of Payroll processing preferred.
Job Type: Part-time.
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

- Office.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Holly Springs, NC 27540: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred).
Work Location: In person.
