Job Summary

Administrative Law Judge

TEEMA

Contract to Hire

Remote | Phoenix, AZ, United States

Responsibilities

Conduct hearings and make decisions on administrative law cases.
Able to work M-F 8-5 MT
Stay updated on changes in administrative law and legal precedents.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Review evidence and legal documents to ensure compliance.
Evaluate performance metrics to improve case handling efficiency.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards in all judicial proceedings.
Draft detailed written opinions and rulings based on findings.
Manage case dockets and ensure timely resolution of cases.
Collaborate with legal teams to interpret laws and regulations.
Facilitate communication between parties involved in cases.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal staff.

Experience/Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required
Proven experience in administrative law and judicial decision-making.
Strong understanding of administrative law and legal precedents.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to judicial integrity.
Excellent written communication skills for drafting rulings and opinions.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Ability to manage case dockets and ensure timely resolutions.
Ability to evaluate performance metrics for improved efficiency.
Experience collaborating with legal teams and interpreting laws.
Proficient in facilitating communication between involved parties.
Experience mentoring junior legal staff for skill enhancement.
