Job Description
Union Bank is seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Administrative Officer to provide executive-level support to our President & CEO, Executive Management Team and Board of Directors. The Administrative Officer will also work collaboratively to assist with organizational initiatives, project management, and office support.

Key Responsibilities
- Board & Executive Support- Organize and manage board meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely distribution of materials. Coordinate logistical and travel arrangements.
- Regulatory Compliance- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, corporate governance policies, and legal requirements.
- Record Keeping- Maintain corporate records, shareholder correspondence, and compliance documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication- Serve as a liaison between executives, board members, and regulatory agencies.
- Project Management- Assist with organizational initiatives, strategic planning, and office administration.
- Shareholder Relations- Interface with existing shareholders and potential investors.
