Administrative Sales Assistant

What will you do:

1. Prepare proposals, annual plan review documents, and final presentations
2. Organizing networking events
3. Assist in scheduling meetings and booking travel
4. Handle all incoming office invoices
5. Ad hoc client requests
6. Ordering office materials
7. Assist Regional Vice President with any other additional requests

Required Qualifications:

1. Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
2. High level attention to detail
3. Ability to multi-task
4. 0-3 years of office management experience, preferably supporting a sales team

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. An interest in supporting a sales team and growing a career within sales

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role.  The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and/or company performance.

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000
