Opportunity Overview: As an Administrative Specialist you will assist the department with the daily workflow. You will be located onsite in Bridgman, MI. This will be a long-term contract position reporting to client management.

Your Day-to-Day:

Be a department training coordinator
Will support In-processing of new personnel, will be qualified as a proctor to support training qualification and requalification
Schedule meetings
Follow-up on assigned actions
Track documents in routing and contact reviewers to keep reviews/approvals moving
Other tasks as assigned

Who You Are:

High School Diploma or educational equivalent.
Demonstrate proficiency with computers and the use of office-oriented equipment and software.
Relationship‑build abilities
Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.
