Job Description
Job Title: Transaction Processor Associate IILocation: East Hartford, CTDuration: 3-Month ContractPay Rate: $20.69/hour W2
- Process transaction requests and case maintenance activities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Research, analyze, and update consumer information across multiple systems.
- Evaluate medical expense eligibility and perform data entry into eligibility systems.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards while adhering to established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: College degree and experience in transaction processing or eligibility determination.
- Required Skills: 40+ WPM typing speed, proficiency with PC systems, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and the ability to work independently after training.
