Job Description

HomeCare Administrator

We are seeking a qualified HomeCare Administrator to lead the daily operations of our home health agency. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day agency operations, including clinical and administrative functions

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and services

  • Lead, support, and develop office and clinical leadership teams

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of staff

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies

  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements to meet goals

  • Develop and manage agency budget and resources effectively

  • Maintain strong relationships with staff, leadership, referral sources, and the community

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives (QAPI) and ensure accurate reporting

  • Serve as the agency representative in the community

  • Oversee emergency preparedness planning and response

Qualifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse or Physician OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree (healthcare-related preferred)

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or a related healthcare setting

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

  • Ability to manage teams and drive performance

Additional Requirements

  • Current professional license (if applicable)

  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background screening
